Landscaping Bulletin
I need your help! Westside agreed to the contract with the Meadow Hill board with one caveat–they either do all landscaping to the individual unit or none. This includes edging, weeding, trimming, (with the exception of a red ribbon on the bush/tree and trimming is done twice a year) etc. So please tell you neighbors of this if you see them trying to tell the landscapers what to do.

Garden Plots for 2010
Sharon Tucker and John Vollinger will organize the Vegetable Gardens again this year. Please contact them if you wish to have a garden and/or help with the set-up. The cutoff date to request a garden plot is May 10.
Money Matters
We are off to a good start in 2010 with our January expenses coming in slightly under budget…volume pricing will save us about 20% on our $12,000 annual gas expense.
