Grounds Committee
As we enter the fall season, I would like to thank the grounds committee, spouses and all of the caring residents for your time and hard work on the grounds during the spring and very dry summer. Kudos to Darien and Tim, also….If you wish to join the grounds committee please contact board representative, Jane Harris. Sandy MacGregor will oversee the greenhouse again for 2010/2011.
Document Overlay: What is it? What good is it?
Based on advice from our Attorney, the Executive Board requested they provide a Document Overlay which explains to the best of our Attorney’s understanding the changes in our documents which apply based on the 2009 Amendments. So, to determine how to operate and cooperate the first document to read is the Document Overlay, then the Meadow Hill Declarations, ByLaws, and Rules.
