In accordance with ARTICLE II of the Bylaws of Meadow Hill, the terms of one third of the Executive Board (2 Directors out of 6 total Directors) shall expire annually and shall be newly elected at the Annual Election Meeting in June. Any Unit Owner may serve on the Board and must be duly elected after having received the ‘‘largest number of votes” and the “second largest number of votes” by Unit Owners at the June meeting. If you are interested in serving on the Board, you may indicate that interest to the Nominating Committee. Please indicate your interest in running for one of the two positions up for reelection to the Nominating Committee.
