Our operating expenses through March continue to track our budget well. We are just slightly over budget, about $800, primarily because of an unplanned repair to our skid steer. While we did incur some higher than expected snow expenses, they have been offset by some lower than expected utility expenses. We continue to add to our reserves, which now total about $270,000. For those owners who selected the ten-year siding loan repayment plan, you will be receiving payment coupons from APM in the mail soon. You may return them with your loan payment if you like, but they are mostly to remind you to make the payment.
