From the Ex Board – Owners Forum

Each owner that wishes to share a concern may share their thoughts for a maximum of five minutes to allow all owners present an opportunity to speak. Should you wish to present a proposal or request for permission to make a modification that requires Board approval, please submit your request in writing to APM at least 7 days prior to the Board meeting.

Pursuant to the Common Interest Ownership Act Chapter 828, Section 47-250.b.4, “Owners shall be given reasonable opportunity at any meeting to comment regarding any matter affecting the Association”. An open owners forum is provided at each Meadow Hill Board meeting for owners to provide their input on Association matters. Due to the number of Agenda items that must be reviewed at the monthly Board meetings and time constraints, the Board of Directors will limit the owners forum to no longer than 30 minutes. Each owner that wishes to share a concern may share their thoughts for a maximum of five minutes to allow all owners present an opportunity to speak.

Should you wish to present a proposal or request for permission to make a modification that requires Board approval, please submit your request in writing to APM at least 7 days prior to the Board meeting so that it may be placed on the agenda and reviewed during regular session. This will also allow the Board time to review your proposal prior to the meeting.
