From the Board: Our new pool furniture has arrived and we want to thank Rosemary Poole Unit Owner # 94 for her assistance in getting the discount on the pool furniture.

Our Fourth of July Party sponsored by Red Hill held on July1, 2012 was a success. All who attended enjoyed the delicious food catered by Gardiner’s Market and the music- accordion outside and piano inside.

Please note the upcoming June election for Board members. In June at our annual meeting of unit owners two positions on the Board of Directors become open and elections are held to fill them.
