From the Ex Board – Owners Forum
Each owner that wishes to share a concern may share their thoughts for a maximum of five minutes to allow all owners present an opportunity to speak. Should you wish to present a proposal or request for permission to make a modification that requires Board approval, please submit your request in writing to APM at least 7 days prior to the Board meeting.
Roads Committee Update
The committee plans to provide recommendations to the Board at a Special Meeting on October 23rd. The Board’s selected plan would be presented to all unit owners for approval, in December or January. Implementation is planned to commence next year.
Recycle cardboard boxes correctly, with consideration
Thanks for recycling cardboard boxes, but PLEASE do NOT put them in the bins. Flatten them and put them next to the bins.
Fall Cleanup Day – October 23rd
On Tuesday, October 23 each Meadow Hill resident can bring two items (per unit) that they would like to discard, to the area in front of the Green House.
Financial Notes
Not much change in our financial condition between July and August.
Progress has been made toward redesigning the balance sheet so that it is more easily understandable; also finalizing audit adjustments from 2011.
