Dog owners in addition to picking up your dog’s doings, they should be deposited in the trash and not thrown over a fence or down the river bank. We can help keep the river clean by reducing such runoff.

Because of recent complaints to the Board and our Management Company regarding some inconsiderate pet owners, the Board is reminding all pet owners of Rule 10.1 which includes:
“in no event shall any dog be permitted in any portion of the Common Elements unless carried or on a leash. No dogs may be tied or left unattended outside a Unit. No pets or animals may be kept in any Garage Unit. No dogs shall be curbed in any courtyard or close to any patio or terrace, except in the street or special areas designated by the Executive Board. Pet owners must pick up their animals droppings in all areas of the Property”.
