Money Matters

Financially speaking, 2010 continues to be a very good year for Meadow Hill.

Financially speaking, 2010 continues to be a very good year for Meadow Hill. We are approximately $2,000 under our operating budget through March and our reserves now total $363,000, providing us with an excellent buffer against any unexpected major expenses. Continuing to grow our reserves is critical in order to position us for

major road paving expenses which we expect sometime in the coming years.

Additionally, members of the board recently met with our financial auditor to review his annual report and to discuss our financial statements and record keeping. We received

high marks across the board. We are financially strong; all of our books are in order; all of our contracts are documented; and samples of all of our transactions showed accurate accounting and cost-effective use of association funds.
