Owner’s Forum

U/O # 182 L. Fillion requests that we purchase a new copying machine for Hollister House.

U/O # 171M.A.Bouchard presented a proposal on behalf of the Ameneties Committee. The committee asks that we consider replacing some of the equipment in the exercise room. The request is for a new treadmill, two bicycles, (one recumbent). A radio for the room was also requested.

U/O#97 J. Vollinger has been recycling leftover pieces of vinyl siding. He complains that lately he has not been able to access the pieces because miscellaneous trash has been piled on top of the siding pieces.

Front step repairs are on hold.

A letter will be sent to owners who have not returned the notice they received in Dec. in regard to the age 55 Declaration.

Clarification of rule #11.1 for use of the Club House was tabled.

Work orders were reviewed.

New Business

U/O L.Weeks received permission from the BOD to install a bathroom fan that requires penetration into the roof.

E.Shafer, owner of APM, spoke on the subject of gas rates. After extensive review APM selected Metro Media Energy to supply natural gas to Meadow Hill. MME’S pricing program will allow us to benefit as gas prices decrease. A motion was made and seconded to stay in the program. All were in favor.
