U/O #171 M. A. Bouchard, Amenities Comm. co-chair, inquired as to the amount of money in their budget for next year. The amount is $2500.
U/O #112 E.Strong asked if guests are allowed at the super ball party and Tai Chi classes. The board felt it would be permissible to bring a guest to the above events. The owner also mentioned the need to post rules in regard to the use of the exercise equipment. In particular, the machines should be cleaned after use.
U/O #171 R.Bouchard expressed his concerns that there are times when maintenance fees left at the Hollister House are not being picked up by APM . He feels that Meadow Hill is losing money due to the delay in the checks being cleared. The board did not agree that this is an issue.
U/O #183 J.Harris said that some dog owners are not cleaning up after their dogs. She will place an article in the LARK regarding this problem.
Maintenance
Two buildings and a garage left to reside.
**The board approved tinting the sliding doors at the club house to make the club house more energy efficient.**
The Westside contract was reviewed. The language regarding the payments to the contractor needs to be clarified. Lincoln will submit to APM a rewording of the payment schedule.
Work orders were reviewed. Heat tape installation has been completed.
