Executive Board Organization Meeting

The organization meeting was convened at 7:55 PM at the Clubhouse by Manager Sheila Duncan. A quorum was present with the following in attendance: Directors: G. Flynn, P. Labombard, E. Litke, C. Wanat, and L. Weeks. Absent L. Abbott.
Litke nominated, G. Flynn 2nd L. Weeks for President. Elected unanimously.
Wanat nominated, G. Flynn 2nd L. Abbott for Treasurer, Elected unanimously.
Litke moved, C. Wanat 2nd G. Flynn for Secretary, Elected unanimously.
Litke moved, L. Weeks 2nd C. Wanat for Vice-President, Elected unanimously.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:02pm

- 5/26/2018 #150 request to replace two sliding glass doors on porch Approved unanimously.
- 5/26/2018 To appropriate from reserves the amount of 19,443.77 into the Operating Fund to cover recent planned reserve and emergency tree expenditures and to instruct our property manager to make the transfer.
