Board of Directors Meeting
January, 2011

The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Meadow Hill was called to order at 3 p.m. in the Clubhouse on Tuesday, January 18, 2010 by the president, John Goselin.

A quorum was present with the following directors in attendance: J. Goselin, L. Weeks, R. Bouchard, L. Fillion, J.Trustey, J. Harris.
C. Hannah, APM

The minutes of the December 14, 2010 meeting and the December 16, 2010 annual meeting were approved as written by unanimous consent.

Committee Reports-

Linda Fillion – for the welcoming committee stated that Jon Doolittle U/O#320 was given a welcome package and given complimentary tickets # 11 and # 12.

John Goselin- spoke for Marge DeMay of the social committee. There were 5 rentals of the clubhouse for 2010 earning $800.00 plus 2 memorial services at no charge.

John Goselin -spoke for Elaine Strong- for grounds reminding all interested of the grounds meeting on January 24th at 3pm at Hollister House.

Owners Forum-

No comments raised from the floor.

The Maintenance Report-

Work orders were reviewed.

Capitol projects were reviewed.

86 chimney caps will need to be replaced.

It was noted that 2 garages were hit during snow plowing and will be repaired.

Treasurer’s report-

R. Bouchard Treas.- reported that our regular deposit of $7,500 was made for December and our reserves are now $415,118.27. It was noted that we have already spent $1200.00 for snow removal to date.

The Association Manager’s report-

The calendar and correspondence were reviewed.

Old Business-

The paving by US Paving will be discussed at a meeting to review this and the Reserve Study on January 29, 2011 at 9am at Hollister House.

A discussion was held on the benefit of obtaining FHA Certification for Meadow Hill. A conference is to be held on this subject- March 12, 2011 at the Aqua Turf and members of the board will attempt to attend.

New Business-

A motion was made to approve the request from Lou Lockwood U/O# 49 to rent Hollister House weekly for a Saturday bridge club for $50.00 as an exception to our rules requiring $75.00. This is contingent on her inviting all Meadow Hill residents to join and appropriate cleanup after their gathering. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

The BOD went into executive session at 4:26 p.m.

The BOD came out of executive session.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:43 p.m.
