The Board of Meadow Hill contracted Westside once again to do the landscaping for 2010. This was based on the owner’s vision for Meadow Hill and the hard work of his crew. The owner of Westside agreed to the contract if each unit owner agreed to one of the following scenarios:
- All trimming, weeding and edging will be done by Westside.
- All weeding and edging will be done by Westside and visible, red ribbons should be placed on trees and shrubs the owner will trim. Trimming is done twice a year, once in the spring and again in the fall.
- If the unit owner does not want Westside to do any work around their unit they must inform APM. The Westside workers are well informed on where they are not to work.
If a unit owner directs a Westside worker,
the worker must then call the owner of Westside and this disrupts their work schedule. Thanks for your consideration in advance.
