The big story year to date has been the weather.
Snow storms, mostly on weekends, have affected our expenses year-to-date.
Over time through the 3/1/26 totaled $7,222.08
Equates to approximately $590 in payroll tax
Payroll snow for outside help in snow clearing is just under the annual budget.
Snow removal supplies are over the annual budget by $178.
Other miscellaneous expenses, approximately $1,500 that was not budgeted are
adding to the overage. ll in the impact of the snowstorms has caused a $9.5K

We will need to cut expenses elsewhere or find a way to replace those funds.
