The requester of no weeding/trimming for the season is responsible to notify Mandie at the onset of the season.
She, in turn will communicate with Mike of Westside, as she does on other work orders. This is not an easy thing to manage, so it must go from the requester directly to Mandie to Mike. Trimming/weeding are pre scheduled and planned, therefore Westside cannot manage changes to requests for an area this size. Requests for No Weeding/ Trimming will be considered a full season’s request. Moira Finnegan
