{"id":990,"date":"2010-10-04T15:11:14","date_gmt":"2010-10-04T21:11:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=990"},"modified":"2010-10-04T15:11:14","modified_gmt":"2010-10-04T21:11:14","slug":"from-the-ex-board-money-matters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.meadowhill.net\/?p=990","title":{"rendered":"From the Ex Board: Money Matters"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are continuing to track our 2010 operating budget very well.\u00a0 Through August, our expenses are right on plan.<\/p>\n<p>While we deliberately spent more than originally planned on tree removals, we have been able to offset that with some reduced maintenance costs.\u00a0 We continue to make monthly contributions to our reserve fund, which now totals approximately $400,000.\u00a0\u00a0 However we will be using about $20,000 of those funds in October to pay for some needed clubhouse repairs. The board has hired Tedone  Building and Remodeling to make some roof repairs.\u00a0\u00a0 Work is expected to begin in early October and, weather permitting, should be completed in about two weeks. &#8211; Lincoln May<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are continuing to track our 2010 operating budget very well.
