\n7pm @the Meadow Hill Club House<\/p>\n

President J.Goselin opened the meeting at 7pm.<\/p>\n

Roll call was taken at the sign-in-table.<\/p>\n

C.Hannah, APM manager, read the proof of notice.<\/p>\n

A motion was made and seconded to waive the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting.<\/p>\n

Election of Officers<\/strong><\/p>\n

J.Trustey, nominating chairman, presented the slate of nominees for positions on the Board. They are: incumbents\u00a0 J.Trustey, L.Weeks, for three year terms and\u00a0 R.Bouchard, for one year to complete the term of I. Adamson who has resigned<\/p>\n

A motion was made and seconded to place in nomination the name of J.Trustey. The motion passed unanimously.<\/p>\n

A motion was made and seconded to place in nomination the name of L. Weeks. The motion passed unanimously.<\/p>\n

A motion was made and seconded to place in nomination the name of R.Bouchard. The motion passed unanimously.<\/p>\n

J.Trustey asked for nominations from the floor.<\/p>\n

A motion was made and seconded to place in nomination the name of L.Fillion. The motion passed unanimously.<\/p>\n

A motion was made and seconded that nominations be closed.\u00a0 The motion was approved.<\/p>\n

D.Kycia and F.Kaplan agreed to act as inspectors, to collect and tally the ballots.<\/p>\n

Old Business<\/strong><\/p>\n

President J.Goselin thanked all committee chairmen. He spoke of the new rule changes and the fact that we have hired Attorney M.Perlstein to update our documentation.<\/p>\n

Treasurer, L.May, reported that we are $6,000 under budget through the month of May. Our reserves total #378,000.<\/p>\n

President J.Goselin spoke of our accomplishments over the past year.<\/p>\n

  1. Enhancement of the grounds<\/li>\n
  2. Redoing of rubber roofs<\/li>\n
  3. New equipment for the exercise room<\/li>\n
  4. New blinds for the club house<\/li>\n
  5. Road signage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Election Results<\/strong><\/p>\n

    L.Weeks and J.Trustey were re-elected to three-year terms.<\/p>\n

    L.Fillion was elected for a term of one year<\/p>\n

    Questions were taken from the floor.<\/p>\n

    A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting, The motion was approved<\/p>\n
