\n3pm Meadow Hill Club House<\/p>\n

Those Present: L.Weeks(VP), L.May(Trs.), I.Adamson(Sec.), J.Trustey(Dir.), J.Harris(Dir.), J.Goselin( Pres.) absent.<\/p>\n

The regular monthly meeting of the BOD was called together by V-Pres. L.Weeks<\/p>\n

The minutes of the previous meeting were read, corrected, and approved.<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

Owner\u2019s Forum<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>U\/O #112 E.Strong asked the board to consider heating the pool in the fall.<\/p>\n

U\/O #97 J.Vollinger has concerns regarding invasive weeds down by the river and the cutting down of Red Maple seedlings. A reminder will be placed in the LARK that residents are not allowed to cut down seedlings.<\/p>\n

U\/O #182 L.Fillion spoke on behalf of the \u201cWelcome Committee\u201d and displayed the complimentary tickets to a M.H. function that will be presented to new residents.<\/p>\n

U\/O #48 J.Grant presented a letter to the board listing complaints that she has with her neighbor. She also requests that a crack in the foundation of her unit be repaired.<\/p>\n

Committee Reports<\/h1>\n

M.Demay reported a successful rental of the Club House.<\/p>\n

Amenities Committee-A motion was made and seconded to allocate up to $1200 to purchase a recumbent bicycle, a treadmill and a radio. The motion was adopted unanimously.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Grounds-Any complaints regarding garden space around individual units should be brought before the board.<\/p>\n

Maintenance<\/h1>\n

Work orders were reviewed.<\/p>\n

A notice will appear in the LARK to remind owners of the rules regarding recycling.<\/p>\n

Financials<\/h1>\n

Treasurer\u2019s report L.May- our budget remains \u201cflat\u201d. We have #355,000 in reserves. Two of our CD\u2019s were renewed.<\/p>\n

Manager\u2019s Report<\/h1>\n

Correspondence was reviewed.<\/p>\n

A decision was made by the board to seek a second opinion from an arborist as to how to treat the Catalpa Tree near unit # 27.<\/p>\n

There have been 88 responses to the Age 55 Declaration Amendment.<\/p>\n

Old Business<\/h1>\n

Clarification of rule #11.1 on the use of the Club House was tabled.<\/p>\n

A motion was made and seconded to approve the contract with Westside Landscaping. The motion was unanimously adopted.<\/p>\n

New Business<\/strong><\/p>\n

A motion was made and seconded to accept the Lawn Care proposal by Turf Masters at a cost of #5,130.40. The motion was unanimously adopted. <\/strong>The proposal for Tree and Shrub Care by Turf Master was tabled.<\/p>\n

A decision was made by the board not to renew our contract with All Seasons Pest Control.<\/p>\n

The board received a draft of the auditors report. A meeting will be set up with M.Alliod to discuss the report.<\/p>\n

A representative from Paramount Termite and Pest Control appeared before the board to discuss their monitoring\/ abatement program. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The BOD went into Executive Session<\/strong><\/p>\n
