{"id":578,"date":"2009-02-24T14:11:55","date_gmt":"2009-02-24T20:11:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.meadowhill.net\/?p=578"},"modified":"2009-02-24T14:11:55","modified_gmt":"2009-02-24T20:11:55","slug":"minutes-special-board-meeting-feb-14-2009","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.meadowhill.net\/?p=578","title":{"rendered":"Minutes: Special Board Meeting Feb 14, 2009"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><strong>Meadow Hill  Inc<br \/>\n<\/strong>Board of Directors  Meeting<br \/>\nFeb.  14,2008<br \/>\n9am @ the Hollister  House<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Special  Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Those present: <\/strong>C.Abbott, L.May,  L.Weeks, I.Adamson, J.Trustey, (J.Goselin, absent)<\/p>\n<p>Lincoln called this meeting to review the siding  financials.<\/p>\n<p>APM concluded, as of 3.14 08, that when all the siding  expenses have been paid will be able to refund $81,410 to the  owners<br \/>\n(Lincoln determined on 2.3.08 that the amount of  money to be refunded was $84,000.On 2.13.08 he concluded that the sum would be  $84,593, versus the interest we actually paid the bank)<\/p>\n<p>The $81,410 comes from two  sources:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 $50,230 actual costs lower than  plan<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 $31,180 was the excess monthly fees that we  collected versus the interest we had to pay to the  bank.<\/p>\n<p>Eric and Lincoln devised the following  plan:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 APM will create a letter to be sent to each  owner telling them\u00a0 the final cost of the project and its effect on them, e.g.  refund, reduced price, 10 year loan details.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0  Lincoln will proof read the  letters.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 APM will mail letters on  2.18.08.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A flyer will be attached to all letters  asking owners to notify us if there are any outstanding problems with the  siding.<\/p>\n<p>Meeting adjourned at 10am.<\/p>\n<p>Respectfully submitted,<br \/>\nIrene Adamson, Sec.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meadow Hill Inc Board of Directors Meeting Feb. 14,2008 9am @ the Hollister House Special Meeting Those present: C.Abbott, L.May, L.Weeks, I.Adamson, J.Trustey, (J.Goselin, absent) Lincoln called this meeting to review the siding financials.
