Luther Weeks, President; Toni Dolan, Vice President; Connie Liscomb, Secretary; Larry Abbott, Treasurer and Sandy O\u2019Leary, Director.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila then read the proof of notice.<\/p>\n<p>Resolve that the Executive Board is authorized to approve the minutes of this meeting. \u00a0Oksana Charla motion to accept, Luther 2<sup>nd<\/sup> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0All approved<\/p>\n<p>Reading of the minutes of the previous annual budget meeting by Sheila Duncan.<\/p>\n<p>Larry Abbott reviewed highlights of the 2021 proposed budget to include major areas of increases and projects planned for 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Questions from members attending were taken and answered.<\/p>\n<p>The budget will be ratified by mail.\u00a0 Ballots have been sent to all homeowners and should be received at Imagineers office by December 21, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Imagineers will send a notice to all homeowners after all ballots are counted regarding approved or denied.<\/p>\n<p>Larry Abbott motion to adjourn, Connie Liscomb \u00a02<sup>nd<\/sup> the motion.
