Owners representing 37 of 129 units were present or represented by proxy.<\/p>\n<p>E. Schaefer read the Proof of Notice<\/p>\n<p>President Ed Litke updated owners on accomplishments in the past year.\u00a0 He also moderated brief reports by the chairs of the Pool Committee, Clubhouse HVAC Committee, Tennis Court Committee,<\/p>\n<p>Motion and 2nd that the Executive Board may approve the minutes of this meeting. \u00a0Approved unanimously.<\/p>\n<p>Treasurer Larry Abbot summarized the budget. He, board members, and E.
