Annual\u00a0 Election<\/p>\n
The Annual Election meeting of Meadow Hill was called to order at 7:012 p.m. in the club house on Tuesday , June 14, 2016 by the president, Luther Weeks.<\/p>\n
Board of Directors: L. Weeks, D. Faxon, J. Goselin, J. Trustey
\nSchaefer, L. Schmidt APM<\/p>\n
Roll call was taken at the sign-in-table.
\nSchaefer our Property Manager read the Proof of Notice.<\/p>\n
A motion was made to resolve that the Executive Board is authorized to approve the Minutes of this meeting at the first such Meeting of the Executive Board after the Minutes have been prepared. This motion was approved.<\/p>\n
Weeks motioned to waive the reading of the Minutes, J. Goselin made the motion and Kathy Collins seconded.<\/p>\n
Reports:<\/p>\n
Weeks reported that West Side Landscaping was in breach of contract, they have resigned. APM & Board are looking into other contractors.<\/p>\n
Clubhouse Ramp\u00a0 – Board is looking into two options; #1 two ramps, #2 elevator<\/p>\n
HVAC \u2013 one A\/C is working out of 4, option to replace all four or do maintenance.<\/p>\n
Weeks asked for nominations from the floor.<\/p>\n
Donna Goselin nominated Cathy Wanat, Linda Faxon seconded.<\/p>\n
Jane Harris nominated Kathleen Collins, Daren Hill seconded.<\/p>\n
Kathleen Collins removed herself.<\/p>\n
Ballots were cast and counted.<\/p>\n
Elected to three year term:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cathy Wanat<\/p>\n

Goselin thanked L. Weeks for his service.<\/p>\n
Dottie Carshaw commented on the condition of the lawns, tree, D. Faxon said the community has very poor soil based upon testing.<\/p>\n
Goselin asked E. Schaefer if APM could communicate to the community via blast email or by posting.<\/p>\n
Judy Sole, tenant volunteered to write the monthly Lark.<\/p>\n
The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.<\/p>\n
