Water Heater Reminder
Unit owners shall maintain, repair and replace any water heater device located within the boundaries of their unit, such that the water heater is kept in a good state of repair and is removed and replaced on or before the expiration of its anticipated useful life. This reminder is written because in the last few months we have had some fail and cause damage to units.

The emergency service is staffed 24/7 and they can reach our property maintenance Supervisor or the Manager if necessary. However, it is very important to understand that these calls are billed to us at a time-& -one-half rate and will result in significant costs to the association. Tree Trimming – Tell APM if you don’t want trimming
You have 2 choices: 1. Do nothing and the landscapers will do ALL of the trimming OR 2. Call APM (860-657-8981) and get on a list for NO trimming.
Clean-Up Day, June 14th
On Tuesday, June 14. each Meadow Hill resident can bring two items (per unit) that they would like to discard, to the area in front of the Green House. Darien and Tim will then take the items to the Transfer Station using the Meadow Hill pick-up truck and the Meadow Hill Transfer Station Permit. You must bring the items to the designated area by 10:00 a.m. on the 14 th.
