It’s not too early to give serious consideration to becoming a member of the Meadow Hill Board of Directors. This June at least two positions on the Board will become available and will be voted on by the unit owners. Candidates for these positions may come from the board members whose terms are expiring and who wish to be reelected or from unit owners not currently on the board.

Some owners have chosen to leave a key to their unit with the maintenance department. This is helpful in case you become locked out of your unit or if there is an emergency and the maintenance department or police/fire personnel must access your unit.

Please remember that Meadow Hill Rules and Regulations restrict unit owner plantings to the area within four feet from the foundation.

In cold weather, please consider a suggestion for unit owners to drip water in faucets in bathrooms or sinks on outside walls to prevent freezing pipes. – Darien Covert

The Pizza Party sponsored by Neighbors Meeting Neighbors on January 26, was enjoyed by all who attended. The generosity of our neighbors has enabled us to continue to provide these events.
