Paving Update Thursday May 8

On Friday, May 9th, Hollister Way North will be closed from Main Street to the traffic circle near the clubhouse. This includes all parking lots within this area. The binder coat of pavement will be put down in this area and will be closed to vehicle traffic for approximately 5 hours. This entrance will be reopened at the end of the work day and left open through the weekend.

On Monday, May 12th, Hollister Way North will be closed again from Main Street to the traffic circle near the clubhouse, including all parking lots within this area so that curbing may be installed.

Basketball, Pickleball, Shuffleboard anyone?

Are you aware that we at Meadow Hill have basketball, horse shoes, pickle ball, and shuffle board located in or near the tennis courts. Call John Goselin for a shuffle board team at 633-2009.

Landscape Committee Update

The landscape committee has met with 2 landscape companies to evaluate the condition of the entrance from Main St along Hollister Way S which is bereft of grass and has been in this condition for a number of years.

Clean-Up Day

On Tuesday, June 10 each Meadow Hill resident can bring two items (per unit) that they would like to discard, to the area in front of the Green House.

It’s Mulch Time!

Also grass is being reseed in areas. Let’s be considerate of our neighbors.

Paving Update Monday May 5th

Residents who will need to leave their homes during the day (7 a.m. -5 p.m.) should be sure to move vehicles from their garages to areas with fuchsia temporary parking signs by 7 a.m. Vehicles may remain in their garages if they will not need to be used before 5 p.m. ALL vehicles must be out of parking lots that are being worked on by 7 a.m. and parked in areas marked with fuchsia temporary parking signs. Vehicles that are not moved or are parked in such a manner that impedes the paving process may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Updated: Paving Scheduled for May 5th, weather permitting

Our contractor, New England Blacktop, has scheduled the paving project to start May 5th. The actual start date depends on the weather. The start will be delayed if there is heavy rain, leaving the soil too wet, or if significant rain is forecast.
