Our Stonybrook Labor Day cocktail party held on September 3, 2011 was a success. All who attended enjoyed themselves and appreciated the mum giveaway. Our thanks go out to the committee for all their work.

The Executive Board has recently reminded residents that it is the unit owner’s responsibility to replace ‘Water Heaters’ on or before their expiration date. Ellie Augur and Dottie Kycia are putting together a list of people interested in replacing their water heater.

We encourage our condo owners to call our master insurance company (USI Services of Ct. Inc.) for clarification of coverage. We also encourage owners to talk with your personal insurance representative regarding changes in coverage.

Meadow Hill is a special community. During and after the storm we realized how wonderful our neighbors are: from sharing batteries, food, gas stoves and grills and showing compassion for our community.

Our Neighbors Meeting Neighbors Ice Cream Social held on August 13, 2011 was a success. All who attended enjoyed building their own made to order sundae’s were shared and enjoyed by all.

Unit owners shall maintain, repair and replace any water heater device located within the boundaries of their unit, such that the water heater is kept in a good state of repair and is removed and replaced on or before the expiration of its anticipated useful life. This reminder is written because in the last few months we have had some fail and cause damage to units.
