The Roads and Loan meeting will be continued on March 11th, 3:00pm.  The only agenda item will be the Board voting on the owner proxies  for the roads.

We occasionally follow, Ask Mr. Condo, a service of CAICT (Community Association Institute, Connecticut. The latest entry explains why associations like Meadow Hill, limit the territory for walking dogs.

7/6/2013 – We have opened all the roads. Please treat them gently. For a few days next week part of Hollister Way North will be closed for the installation and curing of speed humps. (Around the curve on the North Western section).

Neighbors meeting Neighbors had a good turnout for the brunch held on May 18. It gave us all a chance to meet some of our new neighbors.

RSVP: by December 4, 2011 -$25 per person

On Tuesday, June 14. each Meadow Hill resident can bring two items (per unit) that they would like to discard, to the area in front of the Green House. Darien and Tim will then take the items to the Transfer Station using the Meadow Hill pick-up truck and the Meadow Hill Transfer Station Permit. You must bring the items to the designated area by 10:00 a.m. on the 14 th.

Based on advice from our Attorney, the Executive Board requested they provide a Document Overlay which explains to the best of our Attorney’s understanding the changes in our documents which apply based on the 2009 Amendments. So, to determine how to operate and cooperate the first document to read is the Document Overlay, then the Meadow Hill Declarations, ByLaws, and Rules.
